Celebrating 13 Days of Nowruz

Experience the rich traditions of Persian, Tajik, and Afghan dance in a vibrant program celebrating music and movement. The program will include:

Introduction of the group
Persian Dance
Tajik Dance
Drum Dance
Afghan Dance
Short Lecture about the different clothing you see the dancers wearing and then Q & A
Explanation of Afghan Attan, a short class, followed by an open invitation for attendees to join us in dancing Attan

The event will take place at the Mitchell Park Bowl.
