Festival of Lights: A Diwali Celebration

Come celebrate Diwali with the Library! The event will be hosted at the Mitchell Park Community Center. Enjoy fun activities for all ages including:

Henna with teaching artist Rachel-Anne Palacios (Adobe Room; henna line closes at 2:30 PM!)
Rangoli (chalk coloring craft outside in the Courtyard)
Crafts (Decorating diyas and making lanterns in Adobe Room)
All activities available while supplies last

Experience the Festival Lights through Indian classical dance, storytelling, music, and hands-on learning with Laya Arts Collective. Perfect for families and audiences of all ages—come learn, move, and celebrate!
