Zach Rausch is a researcher and co-author of the book The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing An Epidemic of Mental Illness. Join us for a virtual event where Zach will discuss the book and how to help teens, caregivers, educators, and community leaders.

The event will be live-streamed at the Rinconada Library and refreshments will be served.

Many thanks to our Community Services Department for supporting and funding this event on Teen Mental Health & Wellness. Copies of Anxious Generation will be given out at various locations around town.
