Palo Alto, CA  Police are investigating an indecent exposure case from Tuesday afternoon, where an unknown suspect exposed himself to a juvenile female pedestrian.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at about 4:56 p.m., our 24-hour dispatch center received a call reporting an indecent exposure that had occurred about 30 minutes earlier in the 100 block of Embarcadero Road.  Officers responded immediately but did not locate the suspect.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a high school-aged juvenile female, had been walking eastbound on the north sidewalk of the 100 block of Embarcadero Road.  As she crossed towards Kingsley Avenue, she was approached by a man walking on the sidewalk.  The suspect asked for directions and showed her his phone.  The suspect then moved his phone towards his waist, where she noticed that his pants were unbuckled and that he was holding his exposed penis.  The victim walked past him and continued on her way and later notified police about what had happened.

The victim described the suspect as an Indian or Middle Eastern male, about 30 years old, wearing a long sleeve collared button-down shirt, and black pants.  She said he had dark brown mustache that connected to his beard, thick eyebrows, thick styled hair, and dark colored eyes.

Detectives are actively investigating this case.  There have been no similar cases reported recently to the police in Palo Alto.
