Community Partner Day at Magical Bridge Playground

Celebrate kindness, connection, and creativity at Magical Bridge Playground in Palo Alto.

Schedule of Events:

10 – 11:30 a.m. | Live Music with Alissa Start your morning with soulful vocals and guitar from Alissa — an uplifting, family-friendly performance that sets a joyful tone for the day.

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | Angels on Stage Enjoy a special performance from a few talented members of Angels on Stage, a Bay Area nonprofit theater company that empowers performers of all abilities to shine. Their heartfelt songs and stories celebrate inclusion, courage, and the power of community.

10 a.m. - 12 p.m. | Julia Robinson Math Festival Playful math challenges designed to spark problem-solving and joy for kids and families.

10 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Canine Companions Meet highly trained service dogs and learn how they transform the lives of children, adults, and veterans with disabilities.

1 – 2 p.m. | Magical Bridge Music – Free Mini Music Lessons for Kids Hands-on, beginner-friendly lessons to inspire budding young musicians in a supportive environment. 2 PM – 3 PM | Bridges in Music Talented local teens take the stage for a live, inclusive concert that inspires connection and joy

3 – 4 p.m. | AstroBruins Robotics Team The AstroBruins Robotics Team, a local FIRST Tech Challenge team from the Santa Clara/Sunnyvale area, will bring live robot demonstrations and interactive explanations to the playground. See LEGO and large-scale robots in action and explore how gears, levers, and other mechanisms connect to the spinning, sliding, and swinging features of the playground.

4 – 5 p.m. | Carbon Tales Wind down the day with Carbon Tales — a captivating storytelling and science experience that blends creativity and environmental awareness. Through engaging stories and interactive moments, Carbon Tales inspires kids and families to imagine a brighter, more sustainable world
