The City of Palo Alto's Cubberley Artist Studio Program (CASP). This is a unique rent-subsidized program with 22 artist studios for long-term residencies and Rotating Artist Studios for short-term rentals. Long-term rent-subsidized studios with CASP are provided in exchange for community service where the artists offer free public programming. CASP is more than studio space - it’s a place to create, connect, and engage with the public.
