Join us at the Mitchell Park Library for a hands-on workshop with PlayfulProcess for Mental Health Awareness Month. No coding experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

We'll start with a live demo using Claude to customize an existing AI journaling tool. Then you'll build your own from scratch: a personalized tool shaped around a worksheet, blog post, or framework that resonates with you. By the end you'll have a working tool you can keep, plus a free course to continue at home.

We'll close with a discussion about the real risks of using AI in mental-health-adjacent spaces, covering topics like emotional boundaries, what AI does well, and where human connection still matters most. Come with your questions and your own experiences.

Open to teens and adults. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult due to Anthropic's age requirement for Claude accounts.

Please bring a personal laptop and a sign up for a free Claude account. If a personal laptop is not available, participants have the option to check out a loaner laptop or Chromebook at the front desk (availability is limited).

Hosted by PlayfulProcess. More on mindful AI use.
