Annual Palo Alto Community Survey Reminder

The Palo Alto Community Survey is a feedback loop that helps the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities.

In 2024, 3,600 households were randomly selected and mailed postcard invitations and paper surveys inviting participation in the City's Annual Community Survey, with a total of 585 residents from this address-based outreach completing the survey for a response rate of 17% and a margin of error of ±4%.

If you’ve received a postcard or letter in the mail inviting you to participate, please take the survey before August 29. On August 29, the survey will be open citywide.
