Artist Talk: "ordinary sublime: finding art and meaning in the everyday"

Through quiet transformations of the everyday and overlooked, Jasmine Valandani has been making art from found materials for over three decades. She will present a slideshow of work ranging from eyelash drawings to sardine can sculptures, with opportunities for hands-on material exploration following the talk.
