Cyanotype Workshop with local artist Adrienne Defendi

Join CASP artist Adrienne Defendi and explore the art of cyanotype, one of the oldest photographic processes that produces a characteristic blue-hued photogram print. In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of this historical process, compose with found objects and botanicals, expose, develop, coat paper, and have fun experimenting with light and chemistry. All materials supplied for the workshop. Participants are encouraged to bring their own objects with them on the day. We will be working both in the studio and outside in the sunshine for exposing and rinsing prints, so please bring sun protection.
