The Palo Alto Community Survey is a feedback tool that helps the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on current services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities. The survey was initially sent via mail on August 13 to a random sample population of resident households. On September 15, the survey opens citywide.
Luminescence has traditionally been an international teen film festival highlighting local teens in Palo Alto, but for the 4th year in a row, we will be opening up the local submissions and turning our festival into a celebration of teen filmmakers around the greater San Francisco Bay Area! Selected films will be shown in front of an audience the evening of March 7th, 2025 at the Palo Alto Children's Theatre in Palo Alto, CA where prizes will be awarded to the top films. The creators of all the films are encouraged to attend as there will be an opportunity for open discussion with the audience about their work.
