The Palo Alto Community Survey is a feedback tool that helps the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on current services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities. The survey was initially sent via mail on August 13 to a random sample population of resident households. On September 15, the survey opens citywide.
This cold weather season, the Overnight Warming Location (OWL) program will be held in a room at the new Bryant Street Community Center located at 445 Bryant Street (corner of Bryant and Lytton). You are invited to the info session to learn more about the OWL and meet City staff and partner organizations who are overseeing the program.
OWLs are a life saving measure to give unhoused individuals a safe, warm and dry place to stay overnight during officially identified inclement weather episodes.
Please note that the info session is being held at Avenidas. The OWL program will be held in a room at the Bryant Street Community Center.
