Point-in-Time Count 2025

Each year, Santa Clara County takes one day to count and survey people who are experiencing homelessness. The Point-in-Time (PIT) count provides a snapshot of homelessness and can help us prevent, reduce & end homelessness. The Palo Alto count will take place this year on Thursday, January 23, 6-11 am. Volunteers are needed to help with the count and will go out in groups to pre-defined areas to engage with individuals experiencing homelessness and complete a short survey. Volunteers can sign up as a team or request to be part of a team with individuals who have more experience working with the unhoused.

When
