The City is seeking community input this week to help inform City Council decision-making this fall on advancing Rail Grade Separation Project at Churchill Avenue, Meadow Drive and Charleston Road and South Palo Alto Bicycle/Pedestrian Rail Crossing designs at El Dorado Avenue. Join community meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to share input.

Join local artists and Cubberley Artists-in-Residence Mik and May Gaspay for a hands-on quilting workshop designed for beginners.
Participants will learn essential quilting techniques, including fabric selection, cutting, piecing, and basic stitching. Mik and May will guide participants through the process of creating a simple quilt block and introduce foundational skills for future quilting projects.
Sewing machine experience is required. All basic materials will be provided.
Free, registration required. Open to ages 12 and up. These workshops are presented by the Cubberley Artist Studio Program and the Palo Alto City Library.
