In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore practical tools and creative techniques to help manage stress and set meaningful personal goals. You'll have the chance to work on: ✨ Vision Boards – Visualize your goals and dreams Journals – Reflect, process, and track your progress Sleep Hygiene Tracking – Learn how sleep affects stress and create better sleep habits Healthy Habits – Build daily routines that support your mental well-being Whether you’re looking to better manage school stress, improve self-care, or set personal goals, this workshop will give you helpful strategies and hands-on activities to get started.
