Kick off the summer at the Palo Alto Teen Arts Council Annual Music & Film WaveFest Festival! This teens-only block party is held every year on the first day of summer vacation in the Mitchell Park Bowl and features an artists' alley, local teen bands, carnival attractions, refreshments and a variety of crafting stations where you can make your own art!
