Alma Street/Charleston Road Safety Improvements Community Meeting

Join the City and its partners to share feedback on proposed safety improvements at the Alma/Charleston intersection. This project is separate and independent from the on-going rail grade separation conversations and addresses more immediate safety concerns at this crossing. Proposed enhancements would be advanced quickly, with staff anticipating City Council consideration of design improvements in Spring 2026 and possible construction slated for later in 2026. This community meeting will provide the community with an opportunity to share input on design concepts early on in this effort.
