The City/School Transportation Safety Committee (C/STSC) is composed of Palo Alto Council of PTAs (PTAC) appointed Parent Transportation Safety Representatives (TSRs), City of Palo Alto staff and Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD) staff.
