Eleanor Pardee Park is the second largest neighborhood park (9.6 acres) in Palo Alto. Park features include a grass field, playgrounds, picnic areas, walking/biking trails, and community gardens.
There is currently no permanent restroom facility onsite. Temporary portable restrooms funded by Friends of the Palo Alto Parks, have been placed near the picnic areas adjacent to Center Drive since January 2026.
This project proposes to install a two-stall modular restroom building within the park. Join this community meeting to share feedback on the Eleanor Pardee Park restroom location and design.
