New Agenda Management System, City Record & Document Search

A new online format for public meeting agendas is coming soon allowing the public to gain access to all agendas and materials for all public meetings in one location. This transition also includes integration with a new record management system for searchability of historic meeting documents including staff reports, resolutions, ordinances, and minutes for all public meetings.
Agenda Management system features:
- All City meetings will appear on one centralized webpage that allows you to view livestream meetings and agenda/staff reports
- Seamless integration with the City’s website
- Full text search of indexed meeting videos and documents
- Accessible PDF and HTML formats
- City meeting agendas can be translated into over 100 languages
- Preservation of historic records for future research and reference
City Record/Document Search system features:
- A searchable database of City Council historic and legislative records
- Ability to filter by key word, date, meeting body, or document type
- Three different ways to locate records for increased accessibility
- As this is a new system, new records are being added as resources allow
- Easy search function without leaving the City’s website
