The Palo Alto Community Survey is a feedback loop that helps the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities. The survey’s results are reviewed by the City Council and City staff and used to help shape the City’s decision-making processes and more.
If you’ve received a postcard or letter in the mail inviting you to participate, please take the survey. The survey was initially sent via mail on August 13 to a random sample population of resident households and subsequently available to all residents online. The survey is now open citywide for all Palo Alto residents.
