City Manager Selects Sandra Blanch as Human Resources Director

City Manager Ed Shikada announced the selection of Sandra Blanch as Palo Alto’s Chief People Officer/Human Resources Director, subject to City Council approval. Blanch’s appointment follows the retirement announcement of current human resources director, Rumi Portillo.
