Council Meeting Roll Up - April 5, 2021

To keep you connected and up to date on notable Council meeting discussions, we are sharing a brief weekly update.  

At the Council meeting on April 5, 2021, Council hosted two study sessions discussing unhoused services in Palo Alto and a Police Department year in review sharing updates on police services, policy updates, crime statistics, radio encryption, and independent auditing. In addition, the Council appointed members to the Housing Element Working and directed staff to coordinate a joint City Council and Planning and Transportation Commission Housing Element Kick Off Meeting, tentatively scheduled for May 10, 2021.
