Flags Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Late Robert Joseph Dole

The flags outside City Hall, the Municipal Service Center, and all City buildings and fire stations are being flown at half-staff in honor of the late Robert Joseph Dole. 

President Biden issued a proclamation on the death of Robert Joseph Dole, commenting that he was "a statesman like few in our history and a war hero among the greatest of the Greatest Generation." The President also issued a personal statement on the passing of Dole.

Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
