The Palo Alto Community Survey is a feedback tool that helps the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on current services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities. The survey was initially sent via mail on August 13 to a random sample population of resident households. On September 15, the survey opens citywide.

The County of Santa Clara Vector Control District tentatively plans to conduct an aerial mosquito larva control treatment on Wednesday, February 14 starting at 7:30 a.m. in the Palo Alto flood basin. The preventative treatment will take approximately 6 - 8 hours and will use a helicopter, weather permitting.
