Cubberley Community Center has been a cornerstone of Palo Alto life for decades — a place where neighbors connect, children learn and play, artists create, and residents of all ages find community. Now, the City of Palo Alto is reimagining this community space through a collaborative effort with a vision for a modern, inclusive hub that meets evolving needs for generations to come. Through a series of public co-design meetings, the City has invited residents to help imagine what this future could look like. A new update recaps the second community meeting, held on June 12, 2025, where over 130 residents gathered to weigh in on three possible concept designs. Their insights will help shape a single draft concept to be unveiled in September for further input on programming priorities.
