How it Works
Palo Alto FireMed program is a low-cost membership, that provides peace of mind during an emergency. As a Palo Alto FireMed member, your insurance would be billed by Palo Alto Fire Department’s billing vendor, Digitech, and any co-pay balance will be waived. When you receive an invoice for charges related to your transport, please contact Digitech to provide your insurance information, and advise them that you are a FireMed member.
