Fire Station No4 Groundbreaking
Good news! Fire Station No. 4 groundbreaking is set and construction activities began December 1, 2025. The new fire station will optimize the use of the existing 0.6-acre property including two drive-through apparatus bays and a stand-by apparatus bay to house an ambulance, fire engine, and a reserve engine, and firefighter living quarters, Emergency Operations Center, and more. Initial construction activities include setting up temporary fencing, installation of tree protection, tree removals, and removal of hazardous materials such as lead and asbestos.
Join the City as we commemorate the start of construction to replace the fire station with a short speaker's program and photo opportunities.
