Bicycle Ride Tour Around Palo Alto

Come on a ~7 mile bike ride with the Palo Alto Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan (BPTP) Update project team and the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition (SVBC). On this community cycling tour, learn about and experience how bicycling fits into the fabric of our Palo Alto community through a combination of mobility and housing. 

On this evening bicycle ride, explore Palo Alto through a lens of bicycle mobility, traffic safety, and the future of housing. The group will be led along an approximately 7-mile route in Palo Alto with key stops to discuss examples of cycle infrastructure, observe safety hotspots and network gaps, and to hear from you! 

Discussion and information gathered on the tour will inform the BPTP Update project and guide recommendations related to bicycle network development and infrastructure design.

The cycle tour is hosted in collaboration with the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition, who works to support healthier and more just communities by making bicycling safe and accessible for everyone.
