Tour the Victor Arnautoff Frescoes at Palo Alto Museum

Join us for a special public tour of the unique 1932 medical frescoes by celebrated muralist and Stanford professor Victor Arnautoff. Originally painted for the historic Palo Alto Clinic, now being transformed into the Palo Alto Museum, the restored murals Modern and Ancient Medicine are part of the City of Palo Alto’s permanent public art collection and explore themes of medical discovery, innovation, and the intersection of art and science.

The tour will be led by Nadya Chuprina, Public Art Program Coordinator for the City of Palo Alto, who will share the history and significance of these extraordinary works.
