Fred Eyerly Tower Well Park

Fred Eyerly Tower Well Park sits on 0.19 acres of land located at 201 Alma Street at the corner of Alma Street and Hawthorne Avenue. The park features include decomposed granite path, native plants, two park benches, antique water pump display, and six interpretive signs.

The water tower at this park was constructed in 1910 and is 79ft tall. The water tower was the first major visible infrastructure of the City's utilities and is a symbol of the City's successful beginnings and forward-thinking leaders. This small urban park was dedicated as parkland in March 2024.
