Call

Visit

Visit the Office of Human Services located at the Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, T2, Palo Alto, by appointment only. In our office you can speak to a resource person who can alleviate the stresses and frustrations of looking for resource information. Call (650) 463-4906 to make an appointment.

Disability Services

Find disability services. Resources include support organizations, education, and recreation programs.

Emergency Assistance

Find emergency assistance for financial hardships, domestic violence, natural disasters, mental health, and poison control.

Employment and Training

Find employment and training resources and support organizations.

Food

Find food distribution, ready-made meals, and nutrition programs. There are specialized food services for low-income households, seniors, and families with children.

Health Services

Find health services for uninsured and low-income households. Resources include health providers, advocacy and affinity groups, Santa Clara County services, and addiction recovery.
