Crescent Park Residential Parking Permits

The Crescent Park No Overnight Parking (NOP) permit program was initiated as a response to resident concerns about non-Palo Alto residents parking within the neighborhood. A no-overnight restriction was implemented to eliminate parking from outside sources. View the Crescent Park Map to confirm your block's participation in the program.

The NOP program restricts parking from outside sources during the hours of 2 a.m. – 5 a.m. Only residents of streets within the program boundaries are eligible to purchase permits.
