CEQA Status: The subject project has been assessed in accordance with the authority and criteria contained in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State CEQA Guidelines, and the environmental regulations of the City. The project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with guideline section 15301 Existing Facilities Exemption as this Project is proposing façade improvements and new signage on the exterior of an existing building on site.
