The Project at 340 Portage Avenue Includes Nine Signs: two Internally Illuminated Entry Identification Directory Signs, two Internally Illuminated Parking Identification Directional Wall Signs, two Internally Illuminated Directional Wall Signs, one Internally Illuminated Tenant Identification Wall Sign, two Internally Illuminated Tenant Identification Awning Wall Signs. The Project also includes Building Address and Parking Address Signage.

Environmental Assessment: Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Action in Accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 and 15311.
