Request for Council Prescreening to consider rezoning nine existing parcels that currently serve as surface level parking on the North side of Town & Country Village from Community Commercial (CC) to Planned Community/Planned Home Zoning (PC/PHZ). The project proposed to redevelop these parcels with two seven story buildings that contain 158 units and 315 parking stalls. The parking includes replacement of the existing parking stalls on the site as well as 165 new residential parking stalls). Both buildings include four stories of residential over three stories of parking garage.
