Request by AT&T to allow for a Tier 2 Wireless Communication Facility at 180 El Camino Real. AT&T proposes to install a new (stealth) unmanned wireless facility on the rooftop of the Pottery Barn building in the Stanford Shopping Center mall. Including a 10'x22' (220 sq ft) rooftop platform (AT&T Lease Area) with outdoor equipment cabinets installed.

 

The installation of (16) panel antennas and (23) remote radio units installed behind a proposed 6 feet, 6 inch screen wall finished to match the existing building parapet wall.

 

Environmental Assessment: Exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act per Section 15303.

 

Zoning District: Community Commercial (CC).
