January 2021: The PSB bids were received.
February 2021: City Council awards the construction contract for the PSB to Swinerton Builders.
March 2021: The PSB construction begins.
May 2021: Parking Lot C-6 and Sherman Avenue between Park Boulevard and Birch Street are closed to the public. Map of Available Parking in the Area
June 2021: The City hosts a groundbreaking reception to celebrate the construction of the PSB. Livestream of the event
December 2021: Completion of mat slab pour at the PSB.
April 2023: Solar panel installation begins at 350 Sherman parking garage to serve the PSB.
October 2023: Completed solar panel installation at 350 Sherman parking garage. Monopole tower installed. Soil cell installation and other site work begins. Interior painting and ceiling closeup begins.
November 2023: Interior drywall completed. Casework installation begins. Curb and gutter work begins around perimeter of site.
January 2024: Concrete flatwork begins.
March 2024: City fiber internet service installed.
June 2024: Furniture installation begins.
May 2025: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy – Stock and Training received.
