This new community center offers a permanent home for La Comida, a new Teen Center designed by and for teens, and community classes and programming, and a phased opening has begun! Staff are finalizing grand opening details and anticipate February teen center opening and La Comida senior lunch program activation this Spring.

Bryant Street Community Center Booking Process

  • First, please make sure you have an active Enjoy! online account! This is where we will house your reservation details and event permit, as well as process transactions.

  • Bryant Street Community Center may be reserved for events up to twelve (12) months in advance. Applications can be submitted via email or turned in at the community center front desk. Once an application is approved, a permit will be emailed with event details, rental fees, and the payment plan.

  • We can process the payment in full upon approval of your application or break your payments down into two (2) installments. The first installment is one-half (1/2) of your total rental + a $500 deposit and is due immediately upon approval of your application. You have ten (10) days to cancel with no cancellation fees. After the ten (10) days has passed, the paid one-half (1/2) of total rental fee is no longer refundable, but you can get your $500 deposit refunded. The final installment is due no later than one (1) month prior to your event date. Failure to pay by your payment deadlines will result in the immediate cancellation of your event.

  • We require at least one (1) month notice for application submissions. Availability of rooms can be seen in links below or provided by phone or email. No date will be held until an application is submitted.

  • For tours, please call or email ahead. Drop-ins are not accepted at this time; however, we ask for advance notice in case there is an event or program taking place in the space(s) you'd like to view.

Facility Information

Sycamore Room

Resident Rate: $212/hr | Non-Resident Rate: $328/hr

The Sycamore Room is the downstairs main floor large room that has durable flooring and windows along the perimeter for great natural lighting throughout the day. This vibrant room can accommodate a temporary maximum of 27 guests for dining and provides a comfortable setting for smaller events or meetings.

Madrone Room

Resident Rate: $143/hr | Non-Resident Rate: $205/hr

The Madrone Room is an upstairs, open air space with durable flooring. It can accommodate 40 guests theatre-style or for dining and is frequently used for small classes, gatherings, and meetings.

501(c)3 Non-Profit Organizations: IRS recognized non-profit 501(c)3 organizations may receive a 50% reduction on basic facility rental rates upon verification. Only facility rental rates may be reduced and all other fees, such as staffing and equipment, are charged at the full rate. Non-profit organizations charging or collecting fees or raising funds are not eligible for reduced rates and basic fees will apply. This does not apply to class registration fees.

Rental Application

Cancellation Policy

For rentals that are booked over 30 days out, 50% of your rental payment is due up front, you have 10 days* to reach out to us and cancel for a full refund, after that the 50% is no longer refundable, (any portion that went toward the refundable deposit will be refunded). The final 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of your booking. After final payment has been made, only the refundable deposit is eligible for refund. Rentals approved at or within the 30-day mark are not eligible for a refund, with the exception of the deposit.

*Please note, the 10-day window to cancel for a full refund may be shortened if the final payment due date is less than 10 days out.
