Board Level Historic Review and Architectural Review for Removal of existing one-story addition at rear of building and three new fully glazed bi-fold doors and one fully glazed hinged door will be installed at the rear façade. A new patio shade structure will be bolted onto the rear wall and enclosed with a new fence. Existing materials and features at the primary façade will be retained, except that the existing non-original central door at the primary façade will be replaced with a new compatible fully glazed wood door with narrower rails and styles.

Environmental Assessment: Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act per Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15331 (Historic Resources Rehabilitation).
