Request by Verizon Wireless for review of a Tier 2 Wireless Communication Facility Permit to locate three 5G antennas to metal streetlight poles owned and operated by the City of Palo Alto - also known as Vinculums Cluster 4. The project plans show the proposed locations, antenna/equipment design configurations, streetlight pole designs, power connections and additional siting information.

Environmental Assessment: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Director has determined that these Decisions are categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303 (New Construction and Conversion of Small Structures) and 15311 (Accessory Structures).
