All applicants who are looking to start deconstruction or redevelopment of residential or commercial buildings within the City of Palo Alto must submit these forms:

• Disconnection prior to deconstruction and Owner Declaration (Signed Affidavit)
• Request for Temporary Construction Power

Please note: Customers are responsible for any reconnection charges, fees and permits(PDF, 348KB) for the installation or reinstallation of electric, water, gas or wastewater service.
