Request for a Council Pre-screening of a proposal by Toll Bros. to rezone the properties located at 4333/4335 and 4345 El Camino Real from Commercial Services (CS) to Planned Home Zoning (PHZ) and to redevelop the site with six three-story townhomes w/ADUs on 0.4 acres at 4333 El Camino Real and fifty-five condominium units on 1 acre in an approximately 60 foot development at 4345 El Camino Real.

The study session will give the Council and the community an opportunity to comment on the applicant’s proposal, which has not been formally submitted for processing, and has not been endorsed by the staff or the Council.
