This proposal modifies the previously approved Planned Community Ordinance (Ordinance 5622) and associated Development Plan, which allowed development of 75 residential rental units and a 1,078 square feet commercial space within approximately the same building envelope. The approved Development Plan has not yet been constructed.

CEQA Status: Not a Project. The formal application will be subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Review.
