Impression XXVII

For two decades, the artist has photographed the landscapes of Iceland and California, documenting environmental change. Her layered, hand-cut works echo natural forms while incorporating patterns from the human body, such as fingerprints and veins. Impression XXVII transforms a California landscape into a sculptural collage.
