Softly, Filling Holes

The artwork explores the idea and action of harm and repair; how present action can touch past wounds in an effort to heal them. The two large chemical vats in the photo were part of the chemical fertilizer plant that operated for 50+ years, employed hundreds of families, and caused vast environmental damage to the land it was operating on and the waterways nearby.
