Frances Myers (1936-2014) was born in Racine, WI and earned her BS and MFA at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She specialized in printmaking, and many of her prints explore collage elements, geography, and physical boundaries as two-dimensional forms. Her work is in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
